I opened my agency in 2026 after gaining firsthand experience as a State Farm team member. That experience gave me a strong foundation in the business and helped shape the type of agency and team culture I wanted to build. Outside of work, I’m married with two kids and enjoy staying active, especially playing pickleball.
Supporting our local community is important to us. Our agency looks for opportunities to give back and stays involved with organizations and initiatives such as Red Net.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Amber Garrity - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
